Q:How to connect the smartwatch with smartphone?
A:Scan the QR code on the watch/user manual or search and download the "Weofly Fit" app from the iOS App Store or Google Play.
Ensure that the do-not-disturb mode on the watch is turned off. Bring the watch as close as possible to your phone and turn on the phone's Bluetooth.
In the "Devices" interface of Weofly Fit App, click on "Add Device" → "Select Device" → "Connect Device."
Q: Why can't my smartwatch receive notifications from my phone?
A: First, you need to pair the watch with the corresponding phone app(Weofly Fit). And, in the app settings (Weofly Fit), allow notifications from the specified phone app.Please make sure to also enable notification permissions for the app from which you want to receive alerts in your phone settings. In attention, disable the "Do Not Disturb" mode on the watch.
Q:Is the charging cable or charger included?

A: Due to varying weather data sources in different regions, the watch and phone weather info may not sync in some areas. This is not a problem with the watch, and it remains fully functional. We'll address this in future firmware updates.

A:No, it only supports IP68 waterproof that not able to be used for swimming.
