A:Scan the QR code on the watch/user manual or search and download the "Fit Cloud Pro" app from the iOS App Store or Google Play.
Ensure that the do-not-disturb mode on the watch is turned off. Bring the watch as close as possible to your phone and turn on the phone's Bluetooth.
In the "Devices" interface of Fit Cloud Pro, click on "Add Device" → "Select Device" → "Connect Device."
Q: Why can't my smartwatch receive notifications from my phone?
A: First, you need to pair the watch with the corresponding phone app(Fit Cloud Pro). And, in the app settings (Fit Cloud Pro), allow notifications from the specified phone app.Please make sure to also enable notification permissions for the app from which you want to receive alerts in your phone settings. In attention, disable the "Do Not Disturb" mode on the watch.
